UC Berkeley's Department of Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies presents a student workshop: Newsflash! A Mini Musical By Eleanor Hammond & Emily Beihold Directed by Catherine Hill This vignette follows three recent college graduates of different backgrounds vying for the same internship at a big New York City newspaper. As the highly accomplished candidates converse in the waiting room, they learn more about what truly matters in life than they ever did in college. This workshop presentation consists of a pre-recorded performance followed by a live Q&A with the cast and creative team. The run time for the performance is approximately 30 minutes.
