Approximately 30 hours a week, $20-$30 / hour based on experience.  I’m looking for a mature personality who is reliable, hard-working, extremely organized, can juggle many projects at once and thinks of themselves as a problem solver (with both with other people and with TECHNOLOGY). Ideally, the candidate is fluent in Photoshop and all Adobe software. I need someone who has experience digitally printing photos to be able to adjust a file to prepare an exhibit print.  I am flexible most of the year about when the hours take place and my assistant also should be flexible about their schedule when important deadlines are being met that require a few more unexpected hours (this happens about 3 times a year). Not all the work is creative. Knowing how to revise and create Excel spreadsheets is another necessary skill. Helping to deinstall and install exhibits and manage art storage and shipping is part of the job. My studio is in Berkeley so an East Bay resident with their own car would be ideal. An extra bonus would be someone who also knew their way around acrylic paint, and sculpture materials like metal or resin. Please contact: hello@tabithasoren.com
