Magnetic Field, 2020.
The piece consists of a grid array of 50 earth magnets sitting on carbon fiber rods, and are oriented to repel from one another. The magnets are triggered by invisible electromagnets embedded into a wooden frame. Triggering sequences of the electromagnets create different magnetic field patterns as the magnetic rods repel from one another.
