Bancroft Dance Studio

The Bancroft Dance Studio is used by students and faculty and is used by the Department of Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies for performances and more. The studio is located on the UC Berkeley campus in the wood-shingled building on the corner of Bancroft and Dana streets.

Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive

The UC Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA) is the visual arts center of UC Berkeley presenting more than 20 art exhibitions and 450 films annually. BAMPFA's mission is to inspire the imagination and ignite critical dialogue through art and film.

Berkeley Natural History Museums

A consortium of the natural history collections and field reserves at the University of California, Berkeley, they represent the integration of historic biological and cultural repositories and cutting edge informatics and research. Together, the six natural history museum collections represent over 12 million voucher specimens in anthropology, botany, entomology, herpetology, mammalogy, ornithology, and paleontology. 

Cal Performances

The mission of Cal Performances is to produce and present performances of the highest artistic quality, enhanced by programs that explore compelling intersections of education and the performing arts.

CITRIS Tech Museum

Located on the main floor at the CITRIS and the Banatao Institute Headquarters, the Tech Museum features projects and research from the CITRIS and the Banatao Institute community including prototypes, hands-on displays, and interactive demos. Exhibit themes include energy efficiency technologies, smart devices for infrastructure and health care, and sensor systems to reduce traffic and improve fuel efficiency.

Hearst Greek Theater

The William Randolph Hearst Greek Theatre, known locally as simply the Greek Theatre, is an 8,500-seat amphitheater owned and operated by the University of California, Berkeley.

KALX 90.7FM

KALX 90.7 FM broadcasts freeform radio 24 hours a day to a large portion of the San Francisco Bay Area. You can catch all stripes of underground music accented with news, sports and alternative informational programming.

Lawrence Hall of Science

Music Department Season

Department of Music performances held in Hertz and Morrison Halls include the annual Noon Concert Series, Evening and Weekend concerts, rehearsals for University Chorus, Chamber Chorus, African Music Ensemble, lectures, large classes, and music commencement. By arrangement with the department, it also hosts a lecture series, such as the Bloch Lectures and the Composition Colloquia.
